Not much of a hike, as people were bounding past me. I'm just slow and have the luxury of not caring how long I take. Heck, if I had had Monday off (despite what the BRITISH news said, it was NOT a holiday in Scotland, grrr) I'd have camped at Derry Lodge and strolled back Monday afternoon.

But I couldn't even phone in sick, as too many people at work check my blog ;-(AktoManhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00464579446969241392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34967887.post-27455004327273141722008-05-28T16:14:00.000+01:002008-05-28T16:14:00.000+01:00Those are some beautiful pictures. Looking at the map, your route up the Allt Clach nan Taillear must have been quite steep. I bet that you had an 'entertaining' time on the ridge :o). When I went up Cairn a' Mhaim the helicopter was dropping off the materials for the new path, I got some close up photos of it. Looks like you had smashing weather.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34967887.post-19754066532147312582008-05-27T00:57:00.000+01:002008-05-27T00:57:00.000+01:00DawnA round of Mull? There was a chap with an iPod in bounding over the knobbly bits of rocks. A busy place. I think that I was the only person solely tackling the summit, as everyone else seemed to have come from, or were going to, another peak.

MadBivviers
Wow! You must have had a cracking view. George said he was up during the night and the moonscape was wonderful. You and your wife have more guts than I have.
