Went back to doctor (nr3) as pains in torso. She gave me some anti-inflammatory pills and is going to ask the physiotherapist to get in touch. And no hills.

Sorry to hear the news Duncan. How about some wildcamping on the flat then - surely some lateral way to keep you outdoors, or is the spirit flagging a bit at present?
Get well soon.
I've to rest too - so already thought about some car camping. But not sure about driving too far. Maybe set up Akto in my living room.
Thanks, Jerry
Bummer! ( As your American audiance would say. )
Solution - 26 episodes of "Ghost in the Shell" and a box of Foundry WW1 French infantry to paint (and the ubiquitous artillery piece).
You seem to have been painting French WWI infantry for the last 6 months. What are you going to do with them all? Recreate Verdun on a scale of 1 to 1 ?
I ordered some ages ago, and they've been coming across from the USA in dribs and drabs. So ordered the pack from Foundry. That came through recently.
The only painting I have done is undercoating. In fact, I've only done that and a handful of 20mm Red Army infantry from the Great Patriotic War. And that's been about it since Easter.
